Your contribution
As Senior Digital Marketing Strategist, reporting directly to the Head of Growth and working in close collaboration with the Founder and CEO of the company, you will:
- Design and oversee the implementation of the digital marketing strategy including lead generation, SEO, social media, events, content management, PR, clients communication.
- Act as the guardian of the brand (i.e. look and feel and tone of voice), ensuring brand consistency across all our activities.
- Establish and nurture our company’s best practices in digital marketing and PR.
- Identify advertising needs.
- Monitor and report qualitative and quantitative KPIs for all digital marketing strategies, setting up mechanisms to measure multiple campaigns across many online channels and adjusting if needed.
- Analyze such KPIs and suggest digital solutions to boost brand awareness and lead generation, activities and results.
- Manage the relationship with external agencies to build, plan, and implement our outsourced digital marketing and PR activities.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing technologies developments trends
You bring
- BS/MS degree or equivalent in marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven work experience and successful track record in designing and implementing digital marketing campaigns and managing digital PR. Experience in B2B preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in managing relationships with external agencies.
- An ability to demonstrate strong strategic thinking backed up by solid analytical, project management and production skills with experience in digital and content analysis projects.
- Experience implementing and optimizing LinkedIn campaigns.
- Solid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics and social listening tools like Talkwalker.
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software, in particular HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Familiarity with web design and HTML.
