To help us achieve this goal we are now looking for a Manager Entrepreneurship (80-100%) to join us in making our founders successful and realizing our vision.

You will be responsible for

• guiding prospective founders (students, researchers, and professors) on their journey towards incorporation, in particular navigating through the ETH-internal support systems and spin-off process;
• taking an active role in extending and leveraging our broad network of partners (former founders, investors, mentors, corporates) to generate maximum impact for our founders;
• actively build and maintain the centralized resource offers for start-ups at ETH Zürich and actively engage with its stakeholders;
• coordinate between the numerous entrepreneurship initiatives and competence centres in technology/engineering sciences to enable and promote entrepreneurial activities in the respective communities;
• organizing, hosting, and representing at ecosystem events at ETH Zürich and elsewhere;
• keeping track of the spin-off funding and awards for our performance statistics;
• taking an active role in the strategic development of entrepreneurial activities at ETH in active collaboration with ETH transfer.

As Entrepreneurship Manager, you

• hold minimum a Masters’ degree (or equivalent) in informatics, engineering, physics, mathematics, or another technical field. Research experience is a plus;
• have more than 3 years' experience working with early-stage startups;
• have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and are passionate about enabling students and researchers to start their own ventures;
• communicate clearly, constructively, and diplomatically with stakeholders on various levels;
• are a pro-active personality with a strategic and holistic approach
