We are looking for a passionate HR manager to create and build our HR strategy at YASAI. You will play a key role in shaping the company culture, and employee experience and providing support and advice to our colleagues to help them achieve their goals. Together with the management, you will manage the entire HR management and impact the growth of the company.


  • Create and implement HR strategy and processes
  • Foster a thriving company culture based on the company’s core values
  • Supporting the company to be a great place to work
  • Monthly review and approval of payroll
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding processes
  • Manage employer branding to bring in new talents
  • Organize team events and team-building initiatives
  • Being the first point of contact for the team

Key Requirements:

  • Min. 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications or related
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
  • Good planning, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
  • Empathic characteristic traits and strong emotional intelligence

Bonus points: 

  • Experience using Human Resources and ATS tools (i.e. BambooHR, Personio, Workday, etc.)
  • Experience setting up and managing Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)
