Do you have passion towards climate neutral world? Would you like to support Zurich’s effort in responsible investments and for a climate neutral world?

In this role, you will be in charge of processing the relevant data and making it available for Zurich’s investment decisions and tracking of the sustainability path.

Building on a strong data foundation you will contribute to a new field of analytics triggering key insights. 

You will also have the opportunity to work across different teams within Group Investment Management and with other Group functions.

 

What you will do

  • Analyze, organize and integrate raw sustainability data (ESG ratings, carbon footprint, EU taxonomy)
  • Build and maintain interfaces and feeds from external and internal providers
  • Evaluate business needs and build prototypes
  • Conduct complex data analysis and reports 
  • Interpret trends and patterns
  • Explore ways to enhance data quality, reliability and consistency

 

What you bring

  • 2-3 years’ experience in handling/processing data in an enterprise environment
  • Experience with enterprise database solutions (Microsoft SQL Server), database design, reporting (Power BI /Python/ R), TSQL
  • Interest in sustainability topics (ESG, TCFD, Carbon Footprint, EU Taxonomy). 
  • Basic knowledge of financial instruments
  • Passion for data quality and eager to get to the root cause of any discrepancies
  • Experience with market data providers is a plus
