Powercoders is a non-profit organisation in Switzerland, founded 6 years ago in Bern. Our purpose is to promote equal opportunities for diverse talents in the IT industry. We offer programs throughout Switzerland. 

We are looking for a team member who likes to do the following:

• Build and maintain business relations in the IT industry
• Inspire companies with our mission and engage them to work with us
• Organise events (career days where our participants meet companies)
• Support talent-company-matching and a smooth job integration
• Further develop a growing social start up that focuses on impact

• Can fully identify with our purpose
• Is open minded, proactive and persuasive
• Loves to take on ownership and to work in an agile team
• Possesses good communication & demonstrate leadership skills
• Likes to work on different projects/tasks simultaneously
• Has a business sense and a good network in Switzerland
• Ideally has an affinity for IT
• Fluency in German and English is a must, French is an advantage
